SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

When you gear up for the frontline, you need to know exactly how the supply line works. No hidden clauses, no corporate double-speak. Here are the rules of engagement for getting your armor.

1. DISPATCH (SHIPPING POLICY)

Processing Your Order We don’t rely on massive, faceless fulfillment centers. When you place an order, it is handled directly by us. Allow 2 to 3 business days for your gear to be processed, packed, and prepped for dispatch.

Tracking the Drop The moment your package is handed over to the carrier, your tracking number is logged into The Registry and sent directly to the email you provided at checkout. You can track its movement every step of the way.

Delivery Timelines & Delays We ship our heavyweight streetwear anywhere the fight takes you (Standard Canadian and US shipping). However, once the package is with the postal carriers, we do not control the machine. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, border customs, or administrative nightmares.

Lost or Stolen Armor If the tracking shows your package was delivered to your address, our mission is complete. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Secure your drop zone.

2. RETURNING THE ARMOR (RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY)

If the gear doesn't fit right, we will make it right. But we do things cleanly and efficiently.

The 14-Day Window You have 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange. If 14 days pass and we haven't heard from you, the ledger is closed, and the sale is final.

The Condition of the Gear The armor must be returned in the exact condition it was sent to you—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If you wear it into the storm, sweat in it, or tear it up, it belongs to you. We do not accept returns on battle-tested gear. We inspect every return; if it smells like smoke, cologne, or looks worn, we will reject the return and send it back to you.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange Do not just mail it back blindly. Email us at customerservice@thebuffalobandit.com with your Registry (Invoice) Number and let us know if you need a refund or a different size. We will provide you with the proper return address and instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us. However, if you are exchanging the item for a different size, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new piece of armor back to your door.

3. DEFECTIVE GEAR

We hold our heavyweight streetwear to the highest standard. The system might be broken, but our apparel is not. If your gear arrives defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, email us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and replace the item without hesitation.
