THE BUFFALO BANDIT "BOUNTY" DRAW: OFFICIAL RULES & POLICY

We don't rely on rigged algorithms or digital shell games. We do things the honest, old-school way. When you support the frontline, we give back. Here are the official terms of engagement for The Buffalo Bandit draws.

1. ELIGIBILITY The Bounty is open to all legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence.

2. HOW TO ENTER: THE INVISIBLE LEDGER You don’t need a password to stand on the frontline. Every purchase of Buffalo Bandit armor automatically registers your Invoice Number into our Bounty Draw system.

• Method 1: Gear Up (Automatic Entry). When you checkout, the email address you provide automatically registers your Invoice Number into the current month's Bounty Draw. Ensure your email is accurate—it is your only ticket in, and it is the only way we will contact you when you win.

• Method 2: The Mail-In Ledger (No Purchase Necessary). As per law, no purchase is required to enter. To enter for free, mail a handwritten letter containing your full legal name, return mailing address, email address, phone number, and the phrase "CHARGE INTO THE STORM" to: The Buffalo Bandit, Box 1039, Palmerston, Ontario N0G 2P0. Valid mail-in entries will be assigned a ledger number and placed in the drum alongside the month's invoice numbers. Limit of one mail-in entry per person, per month.

3. THE BOUNTY (THE PRIZES)

• The Monthly Draw: At the end of every calendar month, all eligible invoice and ledger numbers from that month are placed into a physical drum and spun. Three numbers will be hand-picked for the following Buffalo Bandit Gift Certificates:

  • 1st Place: $500 Gift Certificate

  • 2nd Place: $250 Gift Certificate

  • 3rd Place: $100 Gift Certificate

• The Annual Draw: Every invoice and ledger number generated throughout the calendar year is entered into the Annual Draw. One number will be hand-picked to win a $1,000 Buffalo Bandit Gift Certificate.

• Unscheduled Drops: There may be other random giveaways throughout the year. These are based solely on the discretion of Buffalo Bandit management.

4. CLAIMING THE BOUNTY Winners will be notified directly via the email used at checkout or provided in the mail-in entry. You have 72 hours to respond to the notification email.

• The Skill-Testing Question: To comply with legal requirements, selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., (15 x 4) + 12 - 6 = ?) without the assistance of another person or device.

• Forfeiture: If a selected entrant fails to respond within 72 hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not meet eligibility requirements, their bounty is forfeited and a new number will be pulled from the drum.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash. The Buffalo Bandit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the draw at any time if technical failures or administrative interference corrupt the administration or security of the draw.

Language / Langue: In accordance with Quebec law, these Official Rules are available in both English and French. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and French versions of these rules, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
